Buying leads?
Here is the spec.

A supplier profile for lead buyers and their procurement teams. What we sell, in which verticals, how it is sourced, how it is delivered, what happens when a record fails a check. One buyer per lead or call, never resold. No prose to wade through: the whole spec is on this page.

Supplier specification

Every line below is a single claim you can hold us to. If something is not listed here, ask rather than assume it.

Company
OptiMAX AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16143914, ICO registration ZC210747.
What we are
An advertising company that generates consumer inquiries under its own brands and sells them to one buyer each. Not a lawyer referral service, not a list broker, not a data reseller.
Units sold
Live inbound calls (pay per call) and form-captured leads (pay per lead). Both delivered in real time.
Exclusivity
One buyer per lead or call. Never resold, never shared, no second buyer on the same record.
US verticals
Motor vehicle accident, personal injury, truck and commercial vehicle accident, rideshare accident, final expense, Medicare, ACA, mortgage and home equity, debt and consumer finance.
UK verticals
Trades (roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gutters), solar and green energy, professional services.
Geography
United States nationally, opened state by state. United Kingdom nationally, opened by territory.
Sourcing
Our own consumer brands, funded by Google and Meta advertising. No purchased lists, no aged data, no cold outreach to consumers.
Consent
Consent captured at the point of inquiry. Calls recorded, with recording and consent configured to the stricter applicable state standard before delivery begins.
Delivery methods
Warm call transfer, webhook POST, email, Google Sheets, SFTP with XML payload, and ping-post integration.
Integrations
Ringba and Retreaver for calls. Ping-post and direct API for leads. Buyer-side CRM posting supported on request.
Speed to delivery
Calls connect live while the consumer is on the line. Form leads post in real time at capture, not batched.
Quality rule
Five published checks. A record that fails any check is not sent and not billed. A failed record that reaches a buyer is credited on request.
Proof of delivery
Every call recorded and available to the buyer. Disputes reviewed against the recording, not against memory.
Pricing
Agreed in writing per vertical before a pilot starts. Flat fee per qualified unit, never contingent on outcomes or signings. No retainer, no lock-in, no minimum term.
Contract
Pilot first, at agreed volume, before any ongoing commitment. Insertion order or MSA both workable.
Compliance
TCPA-aware delivery windows by recipient time zone. State bar advertising rules respected in legal verticals: exclusivity attaches per call, never as an unconditional territory promise.

What we do not sell.

The fastest way to qualify a lead supplier is to ask what they refuse to do. Ours, stated plainly, so nobody wastes a call.

  • No shared leads. There is no cheaper tier where the same record goes to four buyers. That model is the thing we exist to replace.
  • No aged data. We do not resell records months after capture, and we do not buy lists from anyone.
  • No contingent pricing. We are paid a flat advertising fee per qualified unit, never a share of an outcome, a settlement or a signed case.
  • No volume we cannot hold. If the advertising footprint in your geography will not support the monthly number you want, we say so before a contract rather than after it.
  • No unconditional territory promises in legal. Exclusivity attaches to the individual call, because delivery must stay compatible with state bar advertising rules in the buying firm’s jurisdiction.

Vertical detail

Each vertical has its own screening questions and its own delivery shape. The detail pages carry both.

Procurement questions

The eight things buyers ask before a first call, answered before you have to ask them.

Are the leads exclusive or shared?
Exclusive. One buyer per lead or call, never resold and never shared with a second buyer. There is no shared tier and no resale of aged records.
Which verticals do you supply?
In the United States: motor vehicle accident, personal injury, truck and commercial vehicle accident, rideshare accident, final expense, Medicare, ACA, mortgage and home equity, and debt and consumer finance. In the United Kingdom: trades, solar and green energy, and professional services.
How are leads delivered and can you integrate with our system?
Warm call transfer, webhook POST, email, Google Sheets, SFTP with an XML payload, or ping-post. Calls run through Ringba or Retreaver. Direct posting into a buyer CRM is supported on request. Integration is agreed during pilot setup.
Where do the leads come from?
Our own consumer brands, funded by Google and Meta advertising. We do not buy lists, we do not resell aged data, and we do not cold-contact consumers. Consent is captured at the point of inquiry.
What happens if a lead does not meet the agreed criteria?
It is not sent and it is not billed. Five published checks are applied before delivery. If a record that failed a check reaches a buyer, it is credited on request, and every call is recorded so a dispute is reviewed against the recording.
What does it cost?
Price is agreed in writing per vertical before a pilot starts, as a flat fee per qualified unit, never contingent on outcomes or signings. There is no retainer, no lock-in and no minimum term. Tell us the vertical, geography and monthly volume you want and you get a number.
What volume can you supply?
Volume is quoted per vertical and per geography, because it depends on the advertising footprint we can open there. We size a pilot to volume we can actually hold, and we will say no to a volume commitment we cannot meet rather than dilute quality to reach it.
How do we start?
Tell us your vertical, the states or territories you want, your criteria, and your monthly volume. We confirm availability, agree the criteria and price in writing, run a pilot at agreed volume, and review it against the recordings and the delivery record before anything ongoing is signed.

Tell us the vertical
and the volume.

State your vertical, your geography, your criteria and the monthly volume you want. You get a straight answer on availability and fit before anyone books a call.
