One installer per area.
Homeowners who asked for you.
Looking for solar leads, EV charger leads or heat pump leads? The honest version of that product: one homeowner’s details, resold and raced for, won by whoever rings first. SolarReviews’ own page admits its leads are sold to 2.3 companies on average and that 93–97% won’t close. We don’t sell that. We build the consumer brands homeowners go to when they decide to make the switch, and when a real project passes our five published checks, it’s warm-referred to exactly one installer in that area. If you hold the area, that’s you.
How a referral
reaches you
We build the brand
A consumer brand with its own name and reputation, the one homeowners find when they decide it’s time for panels, a charger or a heat pump. It reads as independent, which is exactly why its recommendation carries.
The homeowner confirms it in writing
They describe the property and the project over SMS, in their own words. They state a timeline, and they confirm the job is still open, with no installer signed. You read their words, not our summary of a form.
The brand recommends you
One name: yours. The homeowner asked who to use and was given exactly one answer, they’re expecting your call before you make it, and nobody else ever gets their details.
What a referral arrives with
- The homeowner’s name and direct number
- The property and the project, in their own SMS words
- A stated timeline
- Confirmation the job is still open, no installer signed
- Consent on record
- Delivered in real time, one installer, ever
What the brands
cover
Three home-energy markets, one model: the homeowner comes to the brand, the brand recommends the one installer who holds the area. Solar is covered in depth on its own page: exclusive solar leads, and what the shared version really costs.
Solar
Payback-minded homeowners who’ve done the reading and decided, now choosing who, not whether. They asked the brand for one installer they can trust, not ten quotes racing to their phone.
EV chargers
Deadline-driven by definition: the car is usually already on order, so the install date is a real date. Timeline confirmed in the homeowner’s own words before the handover.
Heat pumps
Planning-phase households, the boiler on its last winters, the switch being priced properly. A bigger decision and a longer conversation: exactly the job where one warm referral beats a cold list.
Ideal for: accredited solar, EV charge-point and heat pump installers, MCS-certified in the UK, who want the area, not the auction.
Five checks.
Every referral.
Every project passes five published checks before the handover. Fails one → not sent, not billed. Ask a lead vendor for theirs.
Straight answers
How is this different from buying solar or heat pump enquiries?
The usual product is one homeowner’s details sold to several installers at once, won by whoever rings first, everyone else paid to lose. We’re the opposite mechanism. Our brands recommend one installer, the homeowner never sees a list, never fields a second call, and asked for you before you rang.
Why only one installer per area?
Because the moment we send the same roof to two of you, we’re a leads site with better fonts. One installer per area is what makes the recommendation real, the brand can say “use these people” and mean it. It also means we only do well when you can actually win the install. Scarcity isn’t the marketing; it’s the mechanism.
Can I take my area now?
Areas open one at a time, when the brand behind them is ready to send real projects, we don’t hand over a patch we can’t feed. No green-energy area opens until that’s true. If yours hasn’t been opened yet, you join the waitlist and hear first when it does. What we won’t do is squeeze in a “second installer” anywhere. That’s the product.
How does a referral reach me?
In real time, the moment the fifth check passes. You get the homeowner’s details and their own SMS words, property, project, timeline, and they asked who to use before you ever rang.
Is there a minimum commitment or a lock-in?
No retainer for referrals, no lock-in. Hold your area, take the handovers, pay only for referrals that passed all five checks. If your books fill up, cap it or release the area, the waitlist takes it.
Is your area
still open?
One company per area, opened one at a time. If yours is held we tell you straight, and when it opens, the waiting list hears first.
