A lead buying pilot: exclusive calls and leads, scoped to your criteria.

A pilot is a first, capped order of exclusive calls or leads, built on the criteria your team sets. We agree the criteria, delivery, billing model, price and cap with you in writing before anything starts. There is no retainer, and unused prepaid balance is refundable.

On law firm orders, you pay a flat advertising fee agreed in writing, never a share of a settlement or a legal fee.

One written scope for both teams.

Before a pilot begins, we put in writing what OptiMAX will deliver and what your team will do with each call or lead. The proposal sets the cap, the review point, who approves a change and who on your team receives each delivery.

The pilot proposal.

These are the terms we agree with you. Price, supply and timing depend on your criteria and states.

Market and states
The service you sell, the states you cover and the customers you can serve.
Qualification
Required questions, qualifying answers, exclusions and how to handle incomplete information.
Delivery and follow-up
Live transfer, API or webhook, or email, with your intake hours, a named recipient and a fallback for missed calls.
Price and billable event
Agreed in your proposal: the billing model, the price and any conditions that affect billing.
Pilot cap
Agreed in your proposal. Set the spend or volume limit and who can approve a change to it.
Timing and pause process
Agreed in your proposal: start conditions, the review point and how to pause. Blocks are prepaid and can be paused.
Evidence and replacements
The evidence each side keeps, how to flag a disputed call or lead within 72 hours, and how replacements and automatic credits work.
Review measures
The fit, contact and customer outcomes your team will record, plus how you will report incomplete follow-up.

Market, the buyer portal we are building for approved buyers, is in development. Access is arranged around your account. Meet Market

Changing supplier? Switching lead vendors: what to compare first

What happens after you ask.

  1. You tell us what you buy.

Your market, states, volume and qualifying criteria, and how many calls or leads your team can follow up.

  2. We reply within one business day.

We tell you what we can supply against your criteria, and send a proposal with the terms.

  3. Both teams confirm the handover.

The recipient, delivery method and intake hours, and what happens when a transfer is missed.

  4. You approve the pilot in writing.

You confirm the proposal, cap and review point before anything starts. A website brief on its own does not place an order.

Review the outcomes you agreed.

Start with what we delivered and whether each call or lead met the written criteria. Then review contact, completed conversations and the outcomes your team records.

A law firm tracks signed cases, an insurance agency issued policies and a funder funded deals. Give unfinished opportunities their own stage.

What does a pilot cost?

We agree the price in writing before the pilot starts, against your criteria, states and delivery method. The proposal names the billing model and the price.

What happens if a call or lead fails the agreed criteria?

It should never reach you or your invoice. If one does, flag it within 72 hours with the delivery reference and we replace it. Your written order defines the billable event, and the billable guidelines set out the rest.

How long does a pilot run?

As long as it takes to deliver the capped block and give your team time to follow up. We set the start, the cap and the review point in the proposal.

Does preparing a brief place an order?

No. You can prepare a buyer brief and discuss it with Mike. Preparing a brief does not take payment, reserve supply or place an order.
