One agent per call
Every call recorded
Cold dials

The consumer,
on the line,
ringing your phone.

A final expense live transfer should be a person who wants to talk about cover, checked before your phone rings, and connected to you alone. That is the whole product: live, checked, one agent per call, never resold. Fail a check, not sent, not billed.

What rings
your phone?

A live inbound final expense call from a consumer who wants to talk about cover, checked before it connects.

Inbound final expense calls are the fastest version of this business. Nobody is chasing the consumer, because the consumer is already talking. What they told us before the transfer travels with the call, so the agent who picks up already knows who the cover is for and roughly what they want.

Prefer to work leads on your own schedule? See exclusive final expense leads. Both run under the same insurance leads for agents rules.

What every call arrives with

  • A live inbound final expense inquiry, already on the phone
  • Checked against your criteria before the call connects
  • Their answers attached: age band, state, coverage, tobacco use, health
  • Consent on record before the transfer
  • A recording of the call, so review is objective
  • One agent for that call, never resold

How does a question
become your call?

Four steps. Your phone only rings at the last one.

1

People look into cover

We run consumer brands backed by Google and Meta advertising, reaching people sorting out final expense cover for themselves or a parent.

2

They ask to talk to someone

The consumer answers the qualifying questions and asks to speak to an agent.

3

We check before the transfer

The call is checked against your agreed criteria, your states and your hours, with consent on record.

4

The call rings your phone

While the consumer is still on the line. One agent per call, never resold.

When do you pay,
and when don’t you?

You pay per call, and only for a call that holds up: a live person, engaged past the buffer, who fits the criteria agreed for your agency.

A call that fails a check never reaches you, so it is never billed. If a failed call slips through, flag it and it is credited. Every call is recorded, so a flagged call is reviewed against the recording, not argued from memory. Your rate is agreed in writing before the pilot starts, with no retainer and no lock-in.

The five checks below are the whole billing rule. Pass all five and the call is yours. Fail one and it never rings.

Leads or
live transfers?

Both are exclusive. The difference is who has to be ready, and when.

Exclusive final expense leads

The consumer’s answers land in your pipeline in real time and your team calls them back. Suits agencies that dial on their own schedule.

Final expense live transfers

The consumer is on the line when your phone rings. Suits agencies with a licensed agent free to pick up during the hours you set.

The compliance
answer.

We are an advertising company. We do not sell, quote or bind insurance, and we are not an insurance agency. We run consumer advertising under our own brands, check each inquiry, and connect each qualifying call to one agent, never resold.

Consent is captured before the transfer and kept on record. Calls are recorded, with recording consent configured to the stricter applicable state standard before delivery begins, and delivery runs inside TCPA-aware windows set by the consumer’s time zone.

We own honest advertising, recorded consent, the published checks and the one-agent delivery rule. Your agency owns licensing in the consumer’s state, carrier appointments, product suitability and the sale. A qualified call is an inquiry about cover, never a promise of an application or a policy.

This is not legal advice. Insurance marketing and telemarketing rules differ by state, so have your compliance lead approve the setup before launch.

What else do agents ask?

What is a final expense live transfer?
A final expense live transfer is a live phone call from a consumer looking into final expense cover, checked and then connected to an agent while the consumer is still on the line. Ours carry the consumer’s answers to the qualifying questions and go to one agent per call, never resold.
What makes a call billable?
A call is billable when it is a live person, engaged past the buffer, who fits the criteria agreed for your agency. A call that fails a check never reaches you and is never billed. Every call is recorded, so a disputed call is reviewed against the recording.
Are the calls exclusive?
Yes. Each call is connected to one agent and never resold. There is no shared tier.
Do I need someone ready to answer?
Yes. A live transfer only works if a licensed agent picks up. Tell us your states, hours and daily cap and calls are routed only inside them.
Do I need to be licensed in the caller’s state?
Yes. We route calls only into states you tell us you are licensed in, and your agency owns licensing, carrier appointments and product suitability.
What states do you cover?
We run national advertising and set up delivery state by state. Before any pilot starts we confirm we can supply your states and what call volume looks like there.
What does it cost?
Price is agreed in writing before a pilot starts, as a flat fee per qualified call. No retainer, no lock-in, no minimum term.
