Program description
The OptiMAX SMS programs (operated by OPTIMAX AI LTD) send text messages to consumers who submitted an enquiry on one of our websites, to confirm their interest and arrange a callback with our licensed specialist. Messages include enquiry confirmations, callback scheduling and appointment reminders. Messages are sent solely by OptiMAX — never by or on behalf of third parties.
Consent
You receive messages only if you provided your phone number and gave express written consent on our enquiry form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies by enquiry (typically 1–5 messages). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
