The standard
every call meets.

Five checks before anything reaches you. Fail one: not sent, not billed. Each call or lead goes to one buyer and is never resold.

The five checks

1

Real & reachable

What it means. A real person, and a phone number that answers.

How it is tested. The number is checked when they submit the form. On calls, the person is on the line when it reaches you.

2

In their own words

What it means. Their answers travel with the call or lead, word for word.

How it is tested. Every answer to the qualifying questions is stored with the record and sent with it.

3

Timeline stated

What it means. They tell us when it happened, or when they need it.

How it is tested. The questionnaire asks it directly. For accident claims, a crash date that conflicts with the answer given is held for review.

4

Not yet signed or funded

What it means. Not already signed with a firm, funded, or covered for this need.

How it is tested. Asked before contact. A claimant already represented, settled or turned down by an attorney is screened out. A business already funded elsewhere is screened out.

5

One buyer only

What it means. You get it. Nobody else does, and it is never resold.

How it is tested. Each record is delivered once and its delivery is logged.

Consent

Captured when they ask for help. The exact wording, its version, the time and the IP address are kept with the record.

Exclusivity

One buyer per call or lead. Never resold, never shared with a second buyer.

Credits and disputes

If one that fails a check slips through, flag it and it is credited. Every call is recorded, and a disputed call is judged on the recording.

What you pay for

What you pay for depends on the model in your order

CPLPer call or lead
Billable once the call passes the engaged-call buffer.
CPQPer qualified unit
Billable when it meets the criteria you agreed with us.
CPAPer signed case
Billable when the case is signed.

Flag a disputed unit within 72 hours. Confirmed non-billable units are replaced. Unused prepaid balance is refundable. Credit and refund policy

How long do I have to dispute a call or lead?
72 hours from delivery. Send the delivery reference, the date and time, and the reason to mike@optimax-ai.com. Each request is checked against the delivery record, the recording where there is one, the consent record and your criteria, and you get a decision with the reasoning. Duplicates of anyone delivered to you in the previous 30 days are credited without you asking.
Do I get cash back for a bad one?
A unit confirmed as non-billable is replaced: it comes off your count and a qualifying one is delivered in its place. Delivered units are replaced rather than refunded in cash.
What happens to a prepaid balance I have not used?
It is refundable. Blocks are prepaid and can be paused. If you stop, any undelivered balance on your block is refunded on request, to the original payment method.
Are missed calls credited?
Credits cover calls and leads that fail the agreed standard. A call that reaches an unstaffed line or goes unanswered on your side, or a lead followed up late, is not credited.

What you can ask us for

  • Their answers. Every qualifying answer, as they gave it.
