This page describes the standards OptiMAX follows when generating consumer enquiries for US buyers, with reference to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related federal and state rules. It is informational and not legal advice — buyers should take their own counsel on their obligations.

How our traffic is generated

Every call, lead, and appointment we deliver originates from advertising we own and operate — paid media, landing pages, and creative that we run ourselves. The consumer sees our advertising, decides they want the service, and reaches out. That is the only direction traffic flows in our model.

We do not:

• Cold-call or cold-text consumers.
• Dial purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
• Use autodialers or pre-recorded voice messages to initiate contact.
• Buy or resell third-party lead data collected under someone else's consent language.
• Collect consent under broad "marketing partners" wording that names no one.

Consent at the point of interaction

When a consumer submits an enquiry through our advertising, express consent is captured at that moment, on that page or call flow — not inferred later. For each delivered unit we retain a consent record that includes:

• The exact consent language the consumer was shown or read.
• Where the interaction happened (the page URL, or the call-flow script for inbound calls).
• When it happened (timestamp), together with technical details such as IP address and device information where the channel provides them.
• The buyer the enquiry was captured for.

Because each enquiry is captured for, and delivered to, a single buyer, the consent maps one-to-one to the business that will make contact.

Do Not Call screening

Outbound follow-up connected with an enquiry (for example, a callback the consumer requested) is screened against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists before contact, except where the consumer's own recent enquiry provides a valid basis for the contact. We also keep an internal suppression list; any consumer who asks not to be contacted again is added to it and honoured.

Call recording

Where calls are recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution, recording happens only where permitted by law, and callers are informed of recording in line with the rules of the relevant jurisdiction, including two-party-consent states.

What buyers can expect from us

• Consent documentation for any delivered unit, provided on request.
• Enquiries generated only through the owned-and-operated model described above.
• Prompt suppression of any consumer who opts out.

What we expect from buyers

• Contact delivered consumers only about the service they enquired about.
• Honour opt-out and Do Not Call requests promptly and maintain your own internal suppression list.
• Hold whatever licences your trade or profession requires in the states you operate in.
