The first-month result.
For DH Electrical Services in Rugby, the work covered paid campaigns, enquiry qualification and the follow-up process. Homeowner answers went to the installer, with email and SMS alerts and a CRM to record quotes, job stages and values.
The historical CRM snapshot.
A separate CRM snapshot dated 31 October 2026 records 19 jobs marked won or completed, worth £16,700. Those records begin on 2 September 2026 and cover a wider period than month one.
A separate campaign snapshot dated 27 October 2026 recorded 13 enquiries, six jobs marked won or completed with £5,700 in job value, and two enquiries at quote stage. That batch is part of the historical CRM records below.
| Stage | Jobs | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Completed | 12 | £11,300 |
| Won | 7 | £5,400 |
| Combined | 19 | £16,700 |
The £5,700 campaign batch is included in this historical £16,700 CRM total. Source attribution in that snapshot is incomplete. The historical total and the first-month result are shown separately and should not be added together. Job value is not confirmed cash collected.
Keeping the follow-up in one place.
We asked homeowners qualifying questions about their EV installation, delivered the answers to the installer and connected the follow-up alerts. The CRM gave the installer a place to record whether an enquiry became a quote, a won job or completed work.
That record helps distinguish the campaigns that generate enquiries from the enquiries that turn into jobs. It also shows where a homeowner still needs a response.
Website and local search.
The work also included the website, local SEO pages, Google Business Profile management and a Search Console connection. Website enquiries feed into the same CRM, so the installer can follow up and record their progress alongside campaign enquiries.
