Systems that
do the work.

Most AI consulting ends with a deck and a roadmap you have to build yourself. We build the thing. The qualification bots, the follow-up, the internal tools: the same stack we run in our own referral business, put to work in yours. Fixed scope, fixed price, published below.

What actually
gets built?

Four things, in roughly this order of payback. None of them are exotic. All of them are running somewhere in our business right now, which is the only reason we are comfortable selling them.

01

Qualification that answers in seconds

The enquiry lands, a bot has the conversation your voicemail keeps missing, and by the time you read it you know what the job is, when they want it, and whether anyone else is already booked. We run this on a live number every day.

02

Follow-up that does not depend on you remembering

Nudge ladders, booking confirmations, review requests, invoice chases. The work that quietly decides your revenue and never survives a busy week.

03

Internal tools instead of another subscription

A CRM shaped like your actual pipeline, dashboards that show the number you care about, an agent that does the report nobody has time to write.

04

The plumbing between what you already pay for

Your forms, phone system, calendar, invoicing and spreadsheets, wired so a lead cannot fall through the gap between two of them.

Why is this
not an advisory?

Because an advisory sells you the map and leaves you to walk it. The useful version of this work is someone who has built the thing before building it again, in your business, for a number you agreed before anyone started.

What does
it cost?

Published, because a consulting page that hides its prices has already told you something. Two ways in, and the retainer is always a separate decision.

The audit

£1,200 to £1,500

A week of digging through how your business actually runs, then a written scope: where a system saves real money, what each build costs, what it replaces. Yours to keep and build from, with us or without us.

The build

£4,000 to £8,000

A sprint that ends with the system live in your business, on your accounts and your keys, documented and handed over. Scope fixed before it starts, so the price is the price.

Ongoing support, if you want it, is quoted separately once the build is live. It is never bundled into the build price and it is never a condition of getting the work done.

Fair
questions.

What does an audit actually produce?

A written scope: the three or four places in your business where a system saves real money, what each one costs to build, and what it replaces. It is a document you could hand to any competent developer, not a pitch to hire us. Plenty of people take the audit, build one thing themselves, and come back later for the rest.

Do I need to know what AI I want?

No, and the answer is usually less exotic than people expect. Most of the money is in qualification, follow-up and the plumbing between tools you already pay for. If a spreadsheet and a scheduled job solve it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a model.

What happens to the system when the project ends?

It is yours. It runs in your accounts, on your keys, with the code and the documentation handed over. There is no hostage layer. If you want us on a retainer afterwards that is a separate decision, priced separately, and it is genuinely optional.

How is this different from the referral side of OptiMAX?

Different product, same machinery. The referral business sends confirmed customers to one partner per area. Consulting builds that kind of system inside your business, for your enquiries. If what you actually want is customers rather than software, the referral side is the cheaper answer and we will say so. Check your area and find out which one you need.

Can you prove any of this runs?

One build is published with dated numbers, our own system record kept separate from what the client reports: the Gutter Plus case study. A qualification bot on a live number, a CRM behind it, and 19 referrals delivered between 6 July and 11 August 2026.

Bring the
bottleneck.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us where the work is piling up and we will tell you whether a system fixes it, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that it is not.
