For law firms: we are an advertising company, not a lawyer referral service. You pay a flat advertising fee per qualified lead — never contingent on signings or outcomes, which is what keeps this clean under state bar rules. US only — England & Wales prohibits referral fees in personal-injury work, so we do not run this vertical in the UK.
