This is a short, honest summary of who we are, how we handle data, and the terms buyers work with us on. It is a summary, not legal advice; where a signed agreement exists, the signed agreement controls.

Who we are

OptiMAX is the trading name of OPTIMAX AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16143914), registered office at 38 Sunnymede Avenue, Epsom KT19 9TJ, United Kingdom. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC210747. Contact: mike@optimax-ai.com.

We are a performance advertising company. We run our own advertising, generate consumer enquiries, and deliver them exclusively to the buyer they were captured for.

What data we process, and why

• Consumer enquiry data. When a consumer responds to our advertising, we collect what they give us — typically name, contact details, location, and details of the service they want. Each enquiry is captured for one named buyer and passed only to that buyer. We do not resell enquiries, share them with multiple bidders, or repurpose them for anything else.
• Consent records. We keep a record of what the consumer agreed to, where, and when, so both we and the buyer can evidence the basis for contact.
• Operational data. Delivery logs, call durations, and — where lawful and disclosed — call recordings, kept for quality assurance and dispute resolution.

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. Consumers can contact mike@optimax-ai.com to ask what we hold about them, correct it, or ask us to delete it and stop further contact.

Buyer terms in brief

• You buy blocks of production. A block is a fixed count of qualifying calls, leads, or appointments, as defined in our Billable Guidelines. There are no monthly fees, no retainers, and no subscriptions — you pay for the block, we deliver the block.
• Pause or stop at block boundaries. When a block completes, nothing renews automatically. Continue if the numbers work; stop if they don't. Unused balances are refundable as set out in our Credit & Refund Policy.
• Exclusivity. Each delivered enquiry goes to you and only you.
• No outcome guarantees. We deliver qualifying enquiries that meet the agreed criteria. We do not and cannot guarantee sales, revenue, or any particular result from those enquiries.
• Sensible limits. Our services and site are provided as-is; our liability to you is limited as set out in your signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from our services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

For buyers in legal verticals

If you are a law firm or attorney buying advertising production from us, note the following clearly:

• OptiMAX is an advertising company. We are not a law firm, we do not employ lawyers, and we do not provide legal services or legal advice to consumers.
• We are not a lawyer referral service. We do not evaluate, endorse, or match consumers to attorneys on the merits; we deliver advertising responses.
• Our fees are never contingent on case outcomes. We charge for advertising production delivered, full stop. No part of our compensation depends on whether an enquiry becomes a client, a case, or a settlement.

Buyers in regulated professions remain responsible for their own compliance with the advertising and solicitation rules of their bar or regulator.
